Suricate Solutions sàrl informs that if the equipment is not collected within 6 months of the order completion date, the device will become the property of Suricate Solutions sàrl and will be disposed of.
In the event of termination of service, the device is returned to the address indicated by the customer or, at the customer's request, can be collected from Suricate Solutions sàrl, 1728 Rossens. The cost of returning the device to the customer is borne by the customer.
The passwords required for data recovery must be provided to Suricate Solutions sàrl. In the event of an incorrect password, the service will be invoiced.
The customer declares that he/she is the owner and/or administrator of the device/media subject to data recovery and has full rights to the data and information stored on it.
Suricate Solutions sàrl declares that the activities aimed at reading the data are carried out with the utmost care, but does not guarantee that all the information on the phone can be recovered.
Suricate Solutions sàrl does not guarantee the total consistency of recovered data, even if the recovered files appear to be 100% correct.
Suricate Solutions sàrl is not responsible for hidden or physical defects of the delivered device, which may only become apparent during damage examination and reading, as well as for hidden physical defects and data damage on the delivered device. Suricate Solutions sàrl is not liable for damage to data delivered to the laboratory as a result of activities aimed at data recovery.
Suricate Solutions sàrl informs that opening the device, if necessary to diagnose the extent of damage or to recover data, may cause permanent and irreversible damage to the device, preventing its further normal use, and also implies the loss of warranty rights, which the Customer is aware of and accepts.
The client declares that all data and information contained on the device/media supplied complies with current legislation. Suricate Solutions sàrl is not responsible for the legality of the software and information stored on the device/media supplied.
The Customer agrees to the processing of the data contained on the entrusted device in order to read/recover them.
Suricate Solutions sàrl undertakes to protect the data entrusted to it, to respect commercial secrecy with regard to cooperation with the client, and not to provide any information about the client without his prior consent. Once the data has been read/analyzed from the entrusted device and transferred to the customer, it will be secured for a period of 21 calendar days, and then deleted from all media used for processing and analysis.
Suricate Solutions sàrl declares that it will not be involved in any dispute between the client and third parties in any way connected with the results of data analysis and retrieval.
By accepting the offer, the customer declares that he is familiar with the data retrieval procedure, the pricing method and the current Suricate Solutions sàrl price list.
